Shorttrackuk are pleased to announce that the hugely successful indoor shorttrack event will once again be running over the festive period, on Bank holiday Monday,
27th December at the fantasic Towerlands venue.
Last year's meeting attracted top shorttrack riders from Europe and riders from the world of speedway and road racing, and for this year we have already signed up last year's winner - England international speedway rider Eddy Kennett. HM Plant Honda riders Isle of Man TT winner and British Supersport Champ Steve Plater, Aidan Collins, who was runner up last year and is the 2010 Shorttrackuk Champ will also be a part of the 32 rider field.
Support classes will include the Mad Mini Bikes and Shorttrack Juniors.
Racing starts at 1pm. Fully Licensed Bar & Restaurant on site.
